Production & delivery times
How long does it take to produce my order?
On average, production takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the type of garment and the workshop's workload.
What are the delivery times in mainland France?
Allow 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, so around 5 to 10 working days in total for production plus delivery.
What about Réunion?
Delivery times are a little longer, around 7 to 12 working days after ordering, but the rate stays the same.
How do I track my parcel?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I choose express delivery?
This isn't available yet.
Delivery & shipping costs
How much does delivery cost in mainland France?
Delivery is free from €65 spent. Below that, it's €4.90 per order, regardless of the number of items.
Is delivery also €4.90 for Réunion?
Yes, the rate and the free delivery threshold are exactly the same for Réunion and the rest of France, because to us, everyone is on the same level.
Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes, we also deliver worldwide. The rate and delivery time vary by destination and are shown directly at checkout.
Is there a minimum order for this rate?
No, 1 item or 5 items, delivery stays at €4.90 and becomes free from €65 spent.
Return conditions
Right of withdrawal?
As these are personalised items (printed and embroidered to order), the provisions of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code apply, which remove the customer's 14-day right of withdrawal and the right to return goods.
We have chosen to work on a made-to-order basis to avoid any surplus stock, for environmental reasons. We therefore recommend checking your size carefully against the size guide for each item.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at contact@nsth.fr. Changes of mind are not covered by our policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Our return policy does not cover buyers who have changed their mind. We are therefore unable to refund the order. Thank you for your understanding.
Ethical production & quality
What does made-to-order mean at NSTH?
We don't manufacture anything in advance; each piece is printed only after your order, which avoids unsold stock and overproduction.
What types of fabrics and inks do you use?
We use fabrics selected for their durability and low-impact inks, Oeko-Tex™ certified, free from harsh solvents and resistant to washing. More details on our Our Ethics page.
Why does my garment sometimes smell of vinegar when unpacked?
This is normal and not permanent: it comes from a fixing agent used during digital printing to help the ink bond to the fabric. The smell disappears after the first wash.
Will the colours be exactly the same as on screen?
We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy: the result depends on the screen, the fabric and the colour of the printed garment. These variations are not considered a fault.
Where do your clothes come from, and what guarantees do you have on manufacturing conditions?
We avoid products made in China as much as possible, but some of our suppliers' blank textiles come exclusively from there. We and our partners are committed against modern slavery and human trafficking throughout the supply chain, and we state the origin on every relevant product page.
Payment, security & orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), via payment that's 100% secure, entrusted to Stripe (SSL protocol, PCI DSS certification). Your card details remain confidential.
Is payment on your site secure?
Yes, transactions are encrypted through a secure payment provider; we never have access to your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
As long as production hasn't started, get in touch with us as soon as possible; once printing has begun, changes generally aren't possible any more.
How do I use my welcome promo code?
Enter it at checkout in the field provided; the discount is applied immediately to your order total.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, our Gifting page is dedicated to gift cards and special selections for every occasion.
Care instructions
Printed garments (direct-to-garment printing)
Wash at 30°C maximum, inside out, without bleach or fabric softener. Avoid the tumble dryer and always iron on the reverse side, never directly on the print, to keep it looking its best for as long as possible.
Embroidered garments
Wash inside out at 30°C to protect the embroidery threads. Avoid high-heat tumble drying, which can weaken the stitching, and never iron directly on the embroidery.
Embroidered caps and backpacks
Hand washing is best, using lukewarm water and a mild soap. Leave to air dry, flat or on a suitable shape for caps, never in the tumble dryer.
All-over printed garments
Wash inside out, at 30°C, on a delicate cycle. As all-over prints cover the entire piece, gentle washing preserves both the colours and the fabric across the whole garment.
All-over printed sweatshirts, hoodies and joggers
Same rule as for all-over printed garments: wash inside out at 30°C, delicate cycle, no tumble dryer. For hoodie drawstrings, avoid letting them tangle in the drum by tying them before washing.
